Peer Assistance Network
The NZMPA Peer Assistance Network (PAN) was established in 2023. Its aim is to help the mental wellbeing of marine pilots in New Zealand by providing a psychologically safe environment for them to have a confidential conversation with a suitably trained peer about any issues, professional or personal, with which they may be struggling.
